During peak demand, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you—no ghosting, just clear communication.


📦 Shipping & Delivery Estimates

🇺🇸 US Warehouse → US Address

  • 3–7 business days

🌍 International Warehouse → US Address

  • 5–12 business days (typical)
  • Up to 23 business days (rare cases)

These extended timeframes may occur due to logistics delays, customs processing, or carrier limitations. While rare, customers agree to allow this extended window before raising concerns.


🇺🇸➡🌍 US Warehouse → International

  • Not available due to high international shipping costs

🌎 International Warehouse → International Address

  • 5–25 business days, depending on destination and customs

Delivery Time Disclaimer

All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or regional disruptions
  • Logistics partner limitations

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.

ProTrendyz is under no obligation to provide refunds for delayed shipments, and all delivery times are estimates only.


🔍 Tracking Information

Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take 1–5 business days to activate or update
  • Delays in tracking updates do not indicate a lost or unshipped order
  • Tracking data is dependent on carrier systems and may update intermittently

Customers agree to allow time for tracking updates before contacting support.

📬 WISMO (Where Is My Order) Policy

To ensure efficient support, customers agree:

  • Not to submit “Where is my order?” inquiries
    • Before the processing window has passed, OR
    • Before tracking has had time to update, OR
    • Before the estimated delivery window has passed

Orders within these timeframes are considered in normal transit.


🌍 International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide 🌎

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Additional fees required by their country

ProTrendyz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


📫 Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe:

Lost Shipments

An order will only be considered lost if:

  • Tracking shows no movement for an extended period AND
  • The carrier confirms the package is lost

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.


✏️ Order Edits & Address Changes

Need to update your address?

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order

⚠️ Once an order has shipped:

  • Address changes are no longer possible
  • Customers assume responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect information

📦 Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

We may:

  • Refund the order minus shipping costs, OR
  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense

⚠️ ANTI-ABUSE & ENFORCEMENT CLAUSES 


🚫 Premature Claims & Disputes

Customers agree not to file:

  • “Item not received” claims
  • Refund requests
  • Chargebacks

before:

  • The full delivery window has passed
  • A reasonable investigation period has been allowed

Premature claims may be considered misuse of our policies.


📦 Proof of Shipment & Delivery

Orders with:

  • Valid tracking numbers
  • Carrier scan confirmations
  • Delivery confirmation

are considered fulfilled and delivered.

Claims contradicting this evidence may be denied.


📡 Carrier Responsibility Clause

Once an order is handed to the carrier:

  • Delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider
  • ProTrendyz is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers

However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.


🧠 Final Acknowledgment Clause

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand processing and shipping timelines
  • You accept potential delays and tracking limitations
  • You agree to allow the full delivery window before raising concerns

Claims made in contradiction to these terms may be considered invalid.
