🔁 ProTrendyz Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ProTrendyz, we want every order to feel like a win. If something didn’t go quite right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent process.


Return Eligibility (Within 30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item meets one of the following:

  • Unused, in original packaging, and in new condition
  • Arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., skincare, face masks)
  • Gift cards

📦 Return Approval Requirement

All returns must be approved by ProTrendyz prior to being sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be:

  • Rejected
  • Delayed
  • Not eligible for a refund

You must contact us using the same email associated with your order for verification purposes.


💸 Return Shipping & Refunds

  • If we made an error (damaged, defective, wrong item) → We cover return shipping
  • If it’s a change of mind → Customer covers return shipping

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.


📌 Condition & Partial Refunds

Returned items must meet original condition requirements.

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deny refunds if:

  • Items show signs of use
  • Packaging is missing or damaged
  • Items are returned incomplete

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

🛠 Defective or Incorrect Items

You must report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

We may require:

  • Photo or video evidence
  • Order verification

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.


Order Cancellation Policy


🕐 Cancellation Timeframe

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order → Eligible for full cancellation and refund
  • After fulfillment or shipping begins → Cancellation is no longer possible

🚫 Post-Shipment Policy

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • It must follow the return process after delivery

💳 Cancellation Refunds

Approved cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.

If the order has already shipped, refunds will only be issued after the item is returned and inspected.


🚨 Exceptions

  • Custom/personalized items may not be canceled once production begins
  • Suspicious or flagged orders may be automatically canceled for security reasons

🚫 Refund & Return Abuse Prevention

ProTrendyz reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of:

  • Repeated return abuse
  • Excessive refund requests
  • Patterns indicating misuse of our policies

Premature Claims & Disputes

Customers agree not to file:

  • Refund claims
  • “Item not received” reports
  • Chargebacks

before:

  • The delivery window has passed
  • A reasonable investigation period has been allowed

Premature claims may be considered misuse of our policies.


📦 Proof of Delivery & Fulfillment

Orders supported by:

  • Tracking confirmation
  • Carrier delivery verification
  • Fulfillment records

will be considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.

Claims contradicting this evidence may be denied.


📸 Evidence Requirement

We reserve the right to request evidence (photos/videos) for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Return condition verification

Failure to provide requested evidence may result in denial of refund or replacement.


🚨 Chargebacks & Policy Violations

Refund eligibility may be denied if:

  • A chargeback is initiated before contacting support
  • False or misleading claims are made

All disputes will be defended using:

  • Tracking data
  • Communication logs
  • Order verification records

🧠 Final Interpretation Clause

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agreed to this policy
  • You understand return conditions, shipping timelines, and cancellation limitations

Claims made in contradiction to these acknowledged terms may be considered invalid.
