This website is operated by ProTrendyz Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ProTrendyz. By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee their accuracy on different screens.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any individual, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. Product descriptions and prices may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the quality of products or services will meet your expectations.

🚚 SECTION 5.1 – SHIPPING, PROCESSING, AND TRACKING
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipment.
Tracking information is provided once available; however, customers acknowledge that tracking activation may be delayed due to carrier processing times, system synchronization issues, or logistics partner limitations.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment
- Delays in tracking visibility do not indicate a lost, unfulfilled, or invalid order
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control
Customers agree to allow reasonable time for processing and tracking updates before raising concerns, filing claims, or initiating disputes.
⏳ SECTION 5.2 – DELIVERY CONCERNS AND INVESTIGATION PROCESS
Customers should contact ProTrendyz promptly regarding delivery concerns and allow the stated estimated delivery period and a reasonable carrier-investigation period to elapse before alleging non-delivery.
When tracking appears delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent, ProTrendyz may request additional time to:
- Obtain updated tracking information;
- Contact the fulfillment partner or carrier;
- Confirm the delivery address;
- Investigate delivery scans;
- Arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution where applicable.
A delay in tracking updates does not, by itself, establish that an order was not fulfilled or that a transaction was unauthorized.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right available to a customer under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules. However, ProTrendyz may contest premature, materially inaccurate, or bad-faith claims using available fulfillment, tracking, and communication evidence.
🔄 SECTION 5.3 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before entering fulfillment or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
📦 SECTION 5.4 – THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
ProTrendyz utilizes third-party logistics providers and fulfillment partners for order processing and delivery.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that ProTrendyz is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Tracking synchronization issues
- Customs processing delays
- Temporary disruptions in tracking systems
- Delivery delays caused by external logistics partners
However, ProTrendyz will make reasonable efforts to provide updates, alternative tracking solutions, and support when available.
⚠️ SECTION 5.5 – TRACKING AND SERVICE INTERPRETATION
Temporary delays in processing, communication, carrier scans, customs clearance, or tracking synchronization do not necessarily indicate fraud, non-fulfillment, or abandonment of an order.
Customers should evaluate the complete order history, published delivery estimates, communications, and carrier information before concluding that an order has not been serviced or fulfilled.
ProTrendyz will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information based on records available from its fulfillment and logistics partners. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from raising a good-faith concern or exercising rights available under applicable law.
📧 SECTION 5.6 – CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:
- Monitoring their email and communication channels for updates
- Providing accurate and complete contact information
- Reviewing prior communications before submitting repeat inquiries
Failure to review or acknowledge previously provided information does not constitute a lack of service or support on the part of ProTrendyz.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. If changes are made to an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and account information and update details as necessary to complete transactions.
Payments on our website are securely processed through Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your transaction is subject to Shopify Payments' terms and conditions, including their dispute resolution policies.

SECTION 6.1 – PAYMENT DISPUTES, FRAUD PREVENTION, AND ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Customers are encouraged to contact ProTrendyz support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that delivery concerns, billing questions, returns, refunds, or other order issues may be reviewed and resolved promptly.
Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right a customer may have under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules to report an unauthorized transaction or submit a legitimate payment dispute.
ProTrendyz reserves the right to review, investigate, and formally contest any chargeback or payment dispute using relevant evidence, including, where applicable:
- Order and payment records;
- Billing and shipping information;
- Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation;
- Fulfillment records;
- Customer communications and support history;
- Account activity;
- Device, IP address, authentication, and fraud-screening information lawfully collected;
- Prior undisputed transaction history; and
- Any other documentation reasonably relevant to the transaction.
A chargeback or payment dispute may be considered abusive, premature, inconsistent, or submitted in bad faith when available records materially contradict the stated dispute reason. Examples may include, without limitation:
- A claim that a transaction was unauthorized despite documented customer participation in or acknowledgment of the order;
- A claim that merchandise was not received despite reliable carrier delivery confirmation to the address provided at checkout;
- A claim that ProTrendyz failed to respond despite documented communications or support activity;
- A dispute submitted before the applicable delivery estimate or reasonable carrier-investigation period has elapsed;
- Repeated disputes involving transactions that were fulfilled as represented; or
- The knowing submission of materially false or misleading information concerning an order.
ProTrendyz may take reasonable account-protection and risk-management measures when documented activity indicates abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith dispute behavior. Such measures may include:
- Suspending or permanently terminating an account;
- Refusing future service;
- Canceling future or unfulfilled orders;
- Restricting related accounts where there is a reasonable, documented basis to believe they are controlled by or being used on behalf of the same restricted individual;
- Requiring additional payment or identity verification for future transactions; and
- Reporting relevant activity to payment processors, card networks, fraud-prevention services, law enforcement, or other authorized parties where permitted or required by law and applicable contractual obligations.
Account restrictions are based on documented risk, account activity, and compliance with these Terms. They are not intended to prevent any customer from communicating with a financial institution or exercising rights available under applicable law.
If a restricted customer attempts to circumvent an account restriction by creating replacement accounts, using alternate identities, or placing orders through third parties, ProTrendyz may cancel such orders and refuse service. Any refund, credit, cancellation, or retention of funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law, payment-processor rules, and ProTrendyz’s published Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms authorizes ProTrendyz to retain funds where a refund is legally required.
ProTrendyz may preserve transaction, fulfillment, communication, account-security, and dispute records for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to an active or anticipated payment dispute;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Enforce these Terms;
- Comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, payment-network, or processor obligations;
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
- Maintain the security and integrity of ProTrendyz services.
Such records will be handled in accordance with the ProTrendyz Privacy Policy and applicable law.
A payment dispute remains subject to review by the applicable financial institution, payment processor, and payment network. ProTrendyz does not determine whether a bank dispute is legally valid, but reserves the right to submit complete and accurate evidence challenging claims that conflict with documented transaction records.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Use of such tools is at your own risk and discretion.
Future features or services introduced will also be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Some content, products, or services on our site may include third-party links. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.
Please review third-party policies before engaging in any transactions. Complaints or concerns about third-party products should be directed to them.
SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.

SECTION 10.1 – RECORD RETENTION FOR TRANSACTIONS AND DISPUTES
ProTrendyz retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for another legitimate business or legal purpose.
Transaction, payment, fulfillment, delivery, account-security, customer-service, and dispute records may be retained while reasonably necessary to:
- Complete and document transactions;
- Process returns, refunds, warranties, or customer-service requests;
- Respond to chargebacks or payment inquiries;
- Prevent fraud and account abuse;
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, processor, or card-network obligations;
- Enforce agreements; and
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, ProTrendyz will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with its data-retention practices, except where continued retention is permitted or required by law.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or cancel orders when necessary.

In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you may not:
- Engage in unlawful activities
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Submit false information
- Upload malicious code
- Collect personal data from others
- Interfere with site security
We reserve the right to terminate access if you violate any prohibited uses.
SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
ProTrendyz, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from your use of the site or products.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 14 - PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
ProTrendyz Inc. does not manufacture the products sold on this website. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ProTrendyz is not responsible for any product defects, malfunctions, or damages caused by the use or misuse of any product.
- No warranties, express or implied, are provided regarding any products sold, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or merchantability.
- ProTrendyz does not assume liability for injuries, property damage, or financial loss resulting from the use of any product purchased from us.
- Customers should promptly notify ProTrendyz of any allegedly defective, harmful, recalled, or unsafe product so that we may review the matter, preserve relevant records, coordinate with the manufacturer or supplier where appropriate, and comply with any applicable legal or product-safety obligations
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use of all products and should follow all safety warnings and instructions provided by the manufacturer.
- Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on liability for consequential damages, so some limitations above may not apply.
By making a purchase, you release ProTrendyz Inc. from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising from the use or misuse of any product sold on this website.
SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold ProTrendyz, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims or demands due to your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, together with any applicable federal law.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory protection or right available under the law of the jurisdiction in which the consumer resides where such protection cannot lawfully be waived.
Any legal proceeding concerning these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any applicable consumer venue rights and other non-waivable legal requirements.
SECTION 20 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
