📬 WISMO (Where Is My Order) Policy
To ensure efficient support, customers agree:

📫 Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe:
Lost Shipments
An order will only be considered lost if:

- The carrier confirms the package is lost
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

📦 Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

📦 Proof of Shipment & Delivery
Orders with:
- Valid tracking numbers
- Carrier scan confirmations
- Delivery confirmation
are considered fulfilled and delivered.
Claims contradicting this evidence may be denied.
📡 Carrier Responsibility Clause
Once an order is handed to the carrier:
- Delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider
- ProTrendyz is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers
However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
