🚚 SECTION 5.1 – SHIPPING, PROCESSING, AND TRACKING

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipment.

Tracking information is provided once available; however, customers acknowledge that tracking activation may be delayed due to carrier processing times, system synchronization issues, or logistics partner limitations.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment
  • Delays in tracking visibility do not indicate a lost, unfulfilled, or invalid order
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control

Customers agree to allow reasonable time for processing and tracking updates before raising concerns, filing claims, or initiating disputes.

⏳ SECTION 5.2 – DELIVERY CLAIMS & INVESTIGATION WINDOW

Customers agree not to file claims, disputes, or complaints regarding “item not received” until:

  • The estimated delivery window has passed, AND
  • A reasonable investigation period has been allowed for tracking updates and carrier confirmation

Filing premature claims, disputes, or chargebacks before these conditions are met may be considered misuse of the dispute process and a violation of these Terms.

Orders may only be canceled before entering fulfillment or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

ProTrendyz utilizes third-party logistics providers and fulfillment partners for order processing and delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that ProTrendyz is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Tracking synchronization issues
  • Customs processing delays
  • Temporary disruptions in tracking systems
  • Delivery delays caused by external logistics partners

However, ProTrendyz will make reasonable efforts to provide updates, alternative tracking solutions, and support when available.

Customers agree not to interpret delays in communication, tracking updates, or processing as evidence of fraud, illegitimacy, or non-fulfillment without reasonable and verifiable cause.

ProTrendyz operates transparently and provides updates as information becomes available from fulfillment and logistics partners.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete contact information
  • Reviewing prior communications before submitting repeat inquiries

Failure to review or acknowledge previously provided information does not constitute a lack of service or support on the part of ProTrendyz.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. If changes are made to an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and account information and update details as necessary to complete transactions.

Payments on our website are securely processed through Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your transaction is subject to Shopify Payments' terms and conditions, including their dispute resolution policies.

SECTION 6.1 – CHARGEBACKS, FRAUD PREVENTION, AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these Terms of Service.

Customers who file fraudulent or premature chargebacks, including but not limited to claims of "item not received" or "merchant not responding" when evidence indicates otherwise (such as confirmed shipment, delivery tracking, or documented communication), will be subject to immediate and permanent account termination.

By using our services, you agree that:

  • Any chargeback initiated without reasonable cause or prior attempt to resolve the issue with ProTrendyz may result in a permanent ban from all current and future services.
  • Any accounts associated with a banned individual may also be restricted or terminated at our discretion.
  • If a banned individual attempts to bypass or circumvent this restriction (including but not limited to creating new accounts, using alternate identities, or placing orders through third parties), any resulting orders may be canceled, and funds may be withheld or not refunded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ProTrendyz reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with evidence, including but not limited to delivery confirmation, customer communication logs, and fraud detection data.

We take fraudulent activity seriously and enforce a zero-tolerance policy to protect the integrity of our platform, our business operations, and our legitimate customers.


ProTrendyz actively monitors and logs all order activity, communication records, tracking data, and fulfillment confirmations.

Any chargeback or dispute filed under false pretenses, including but not limited to claims of:

  • “item not received” despite confirmed shipment or delivery
  • “merchant not responding” despite documented communication

will be formally contested with comprehensive evidence, including:

  • Carrier tracking records
  • IP and order verification data
  • Communication timestamps
  • Fulfillment confirmation logs

Customers found engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith dispute behavior may be subject to:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention networks where applicable

ProTrendyz reserves all rights to pursue further action to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies regarding shipping timelines, tracking delays, and dispute procedures. Claims made in contradiction to these acknowledged terms may be considered invalid.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Use of such tools is at your own risk and discretion.

Future features or services introduced will also be subject to these Terms.
